Pharma IT joins the UN Global Compact Iniative to further commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility

Pharma IT is an official member and endorser of the UN Global Compact Initaitive

Pharma IT, a Danish life sciences consultancy, has joined the United Nations Global Compact Initiative (UNGC) — a voluntary leadership platform for the development, implementation and disclosure of responsible business practices.

The UN Global Compact is a call to companies everywhere to align their operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, and to take action in support of UN goals and issues embodied in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

“In line with our commitment to these principles, Pharma IT is proud to join the UN Global Compact initiative. We look forward to sharing more about how our mission to improve the standards of pharma consulting aligns with the UNGC principles, and how we are working to foster an exceptional work environment and sustainable business,” noted Naomi Jade Kellogg, Head of Communications & Culture at Pharma IT.

Launched in 2000, the UN Global Compact is the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world, with more than 15,000 companies and 3,800 non-business signatories based in over 160 countries, and more than 69 Local Networks.

With this announcement, Pharma IT is proud to join thousands of other companies globally, including over 600 Danish companies, committed to taking responsible business action to create the world we all want.

This commitment is supported and echoed by Pharma IT’s parent company, the ProductLife Group (PLG) – which has been committed to the UNGC since 2020.

“We are so proud of Pharma IT for taking additional steps in strengthening its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) portfolio and making a commitment to the principles outlined in the UNGC,” shares Candice Bosson, CHRO at PLG, “This underlines our group’s core belief that CSR delivers added value to our clients, employees, shareholders, business partners, the communities in which we operate, and the environment.”
